Brief Introduction Of Maa Netula Temple

Maa Netulay Temple is the most famous temple of Bihar, this temple is situated in the heart of the village Kumar and most of the people of this area regularly perform pujas and prayers to the Maa Netula. During the Durga Puja ( Navratra), all the Maa Durga idols will be kept at this temple.

Every year, Ashtami (jaatara) is celebrated by the people, during the day of the Jaatara, from each home of the Hindu community will perform puja and maintain fasting in this temple during the evening time as a very big procession.  This temple is situated at the entrance of the village just on the sikandra - Nawadah (SH-8) main road. The temple is very well-known to sikandra, Jamui, bihar. This temple is a pride for Bihar as well as India.
